Talent revitalization is the key to rural development, and more specifically, to the revitalization of rural areas. It is also crucial for the development of rural communities. Rural professional managers, as professionals in rural operations, lead villagers through business practices to activate rural resources, promote industry integration, and construct a benefit-sharing mechanism with villagers as the main body. This injects endogenous momentum into rural development, which is of great significance for achieving common prosperity and modernizing rural areas.
