Qiu Zeqi and Colleagues

  (Cover)

Talent revitalization is the key to rural development, and more specifically, to the revitalization of rural areas. It is also crucial for the development of rural communities. Rural professional managers, as professionals in rural operations, lead villagers through business practices to activate rural resources, promote industry integration, and construct a benefit-sharing mechanism with villagers as the main body. This injects endogenous momentum into rural development, which is of great significance for achieving common prosperity and modernizing rural areas. This book discusses how rural professional managers participate in rural operations and influence the sustainable development of rural areas. Through multiple case analyses, the book systematically organizes the issues and challenges faced by rural industrial development, the pain points and difficulties in the practice of common prosperity in rural areas. It reflects on the previously externally driven paths of rural industrial development and explores the advantages of an endogenous development path linked with internal and external resources. The book distills effective mechanisms for the prosperity of rural industries and practices of common prosperity in rural areas from two dimensions: "multi-stakeholder collaboration" and "digital empowerment." It also analyzes the role of rural professional managers in the practice of common prosperity in rural areas.
