Xiao Shijian (B.A. 1987): With Feet on the Soil and Dreams in the Heart

Xiao Shijian, B.A. 1987, is the head of Tianzige. After returning to China, she served as the marketing director of a multinational company in the Chinese region and the CEO of the East Asian region respectively. She was also the first principal of Xinglong Tianzige Primary School. The spirit of seeking truth and being practical led her to personally engage in rural education. Over the past few years, she and her team have been committed to the development of rural education.
